9ME XML_FIXED_LINE Fixed line numbers have prefix 20,30,31,32,33,40,41,50,51,52 followed by 6 digits.\nThe valid options for the third digit were from\nhttp://www.ekip.me/numeracija/dodijeljena.php
10ME XML_MOBILE According to ITU it is possible for mobile numbers to be 4-12 digits long\n(http://www.itu.int/oth/T02020000DA/en). However, in reality they seem to be 8 digits\nlong. In particular, http://www.ekip.me/numeracija/dodijeljena.php mentions 67[0-2]\nnumbers to be 9 digits long but this seems to be no longer the case, based on user\nreports and online examples.
11ME XML_PREMIUM_RATE Numbers with prefix 94 or 95 are services with additional charges.
